This project represents a unique engineering challenge situated within a critical facility (Air Control Center). Our scope covered the comprehensive Stage-2 renovation, starting from precise dismantling and asset logistics, to full architectural and infrastructure rehabilitation. The work included installing fire-rated partitions and ceilings, raised floor systems, and a complete upgrade of security systems (HID access control linked to Jeddah HQ). Additionally, we executed extensive MEP works, data networking, waterproofing, and the specialized renovation of the Air Traffic Control tower facilities, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
